Checklists for hazardous substances

There are a large number of checliksts reps can use to check whether chemicals (substances) are being properly managed and that the employer is complying with duties under the Part 4.1 Hazardous Substances of the 2007 OHS Regulations. These can be downloaded below. They are in 'word' format, which means you can save them, amend them to suit your workplace, and personalise them with your name, the date of the inspection and so on.
