As you may be aware the Victorian Trades Hall Council has major concerns over some amendments to the Accident Compensation Amendment Bill 2009.
Specifically,
We understand that the Greens in the Legislative Council plan to move a series of amendments that address our concerns and additional amendments concerning superannuation being paid from the first day of a claim and overtime & penalty rates being included in PIAWE for the length of the claim. We fully support these additional amendments and urge you to vote for all of the Greens amendments when they are presented to the Council.
