Call Centres

Call centres, now being also referred to as Contact centres, are "modern workplaces" - yet there many OHS issues. There is a very high turnover of workers, many of whom are employed as casuals. For this reason it is very important for call centre workers to elect health and safety reps and start tackling the hazards in their workplaces.
